We are looking for someone to join our team who will be responsible for organizing and managing the construction of solar farms in accordance with the documentation, schedule, and quality requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- comprehensive management of photovoltaic farm construction projects,
- organizing and coordinating the work of construction crews and subcontractors,
- supervising construction, assembly, and installation work,
- ensuring that the work complies with the design documentation, schedule, and applicable standards,
- planning the demand for materials, equipment, and resources,
- monitoring the progress of work and reporting on project implementation,
- maintaining and supervising construction documentation,
- participation in the acceptance of work, testing, measurements, and the handover of the installation for use,
- ensuring compliance with health and safety, quality, and environmental protection standards,
- collaboration with the investor, regulatory inspectors, designers, and the construction team,
- Identifying risks to the project’s schedule, budget, and quality, and taking corrective action.
Our Expectations
- a technical college degree, preferably in civil engineering, electrical engineering, power engineering, or related fields,
- experience in managing construction, energy, or renewable energy projects,
- construction licenses appropriate for the scope of the work being performed,
- Knowledge of the process of developing solar farms will be a major asset,
- the ability to read design and technical documentation,
- knowledge of construction laws and the rules for maintaining construction documentation,
- the ability to manage a team and coordinate subcontractors,
- independence, responsibility, and good work organization,
- willingness to travel for work,
- a Class B driver's license,
- Knowledge of English would be an added advantage.
