We are looking for someone to join our team who will support the preparation and implementation of PV projects, from the conceptual stage through design and construction to project acceptance.
Job Responsibilities
- technical support for photovoltaic farm projects and industrial installations,
- analysis of design, technical, and formal documentation,
- coordinating design work among the client, designers, suppliers, and contractors,
- preparing material lists, bills of quantities, and technical data,
- verifying documentation for compliance with project requirements, the contract, and applicable standards,
- participation in the selection of modules, inverters, structures, transformer stations, and other components,
- monitoring the schedule, budget, and progress of the work,
- support for the construction team during the construction process,
- participation in technical meetings, inspections, tests, and system commissioning,
- preparing reports, minutes, and as-built documentation,
- identifying technical risks and proposing optimization solutions,
- Collaboration with the design, purchasing, bidding, and implementation departments.
Our Expectations
- a technical college degree, preferably in electrical engineering, power engineering, civil engineering, or related fields,
- experience with photovoltaic, power engineering, or construction projects,
- the ability to read technical and design documentation,
- basic knowledge of the PV installation process,
- good knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD,
- Knowledge of PV system design software would be an added advantage,
- accuracy, independence, and analytical thinking skills,
- good work organization and the ability to collaborate with multiple project participants,
- willingness to travel occasionally to project sites,
- a Class B driver's license,
- Proficiency in English sufficient to work with technical documentation.
Welcome

- knowledge of PVsyst, AutoCAD, BricsCAD, or similar software,
- knowledge of connection procedures and electrical power issues,
- construction license or SEP,
- Experience working with network operators, designers, and subcontractors.
